Large Cabinet in the Electress's Apartment

The ceiling fresco by Jacopo Amigoni shows the "Triumph of virtue over sin", symbolized by Apollo, Fama and the cardinal virtues (prudence, temperance, justice and fortitude) and Hercules, who is fighting the sins (sloth, lust).

As part of the State Gallery of European Baroque Art, this room is used to display works of Italian baroque masters.
